Our Vision

“Graduating Productive Citizens.” We aim to educate and graduate productive citizens who will be of service to society. We intend to arm our students with a quality, Bible-based education that will equip them as they serve their community in truth, unity and love.

MISSION STATEMENT

We intend to provide an excellent Bible-based, college going education by employing quality degreed, experienced teachers who will nurture our students as they establish a foundation of knowledge, study skills and strong work ethics that will serve them beyond their years at ESCEA. We intend, also, to develop fully independent students who will lead and serve their communities, in truth, unity and love.

Our Philosophy

VERITAS, UNITAS, CARITAS

  • We believe that our students can ‘do all things through Christ who strengthens them’ (Philippians 4: 13.)
  • Hence, creativity is encouraged and developed as we allow our students to maximize their abilities and shine

Our Ethos

ESCEA is a Christian based educational institution where everyone lives harmoniously, treat each other respectfully, and behave truthfully, always, no matter the consequences.

  • Safety and integrity are of utmost importance, so we strive to operate ethically and professionally. We see students as individuals with diverse talents, capabilities, and interests and our faculty seek to uniquely develop each. We work collaboratively with students, parents, and the community to achieve this goal.
  • We create a strong inter-personal and fun environment where diversity is embraced and respect for all goes without saying. We operate in unity with Godly love as we strive to inculcate an attitude of worship and esteem for our creator. We teach by example as we live our lives in reverence for God.
  • We encourage our students to be their best and strive for excellence as we work diligently with each to achieve this aim. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace and are strategically placed and grouped where they can build their confidence and work without intimidation or trepidation, so that they always shine brightly like the gems they are. We are proud of who we are and continue daily to maintain the status quo.

Expectation from parents

We expect parents to fully co-operate with faculty and be proactive in their children’s education and school life.

Because tuition cannot provide all necessities for our comprehensive program,

We expect parents to be fully active participants in school programs such as PTO and to support our extracurricular activities especially fund-raising ones.
