We believe there is a leader in all our children, it is about finding the right educational environment and the right team to develop your child’s/children’s potential.
We are home to a relatively small number of students, which means a smaller student-teacher ratio and more personalized attention for your child/children. We are an international community with students from PK to 12th grade. We are proud of our multicultural ethos and the way our community collaborates to create a global impact.
We are a community of Christian believers whose curriculum is Bible-based, and we welcome all who are committed and who intend to operate in that belief.
After taking a virtual or actual tour of our campus, then the next step is to fill out the application form, if you decide that we are a good fit for your child/children. However, this is not a commitment by you nor us that your child/children will attend El Shaddai Christian Educational Academy.
After a review of your application by the Board of Governors and the Administrative staff, you will be invited for an enrollment interview.
Apply online or send your filled application form on our registered postal address.
Eligible candidates will be called for an interview, along with necessary documents.
Selected candidates need to submit all required documents along with the fee payment.
General Information
The parent of a public-school student with a disability may request and receive from the State of Florida, Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA) for the student to enroll in and attend a private school or attend a public school other than the one to which he/she is assigned, in accordance with the rules of the State Board of Education, and any other applicable rules.
To be considered for the FES-UA Scholarship, the student must have an Individual Educational Plan (IEP), must be entering grades K-12, and must have spent the prior school year in attendance at a Florida public school in accordance with requirements and definitions established by Florida Senate Bill 256. Only students that were counted in the October and February FTE Surveys at a public-school site during the prior school year are eligible for initial eligibility. Students with disabilities are students who are documented as having a mental disability, speech impairment, language impairment, a hearing impairment, a visual impairment, a dual sensory impairment, a physical impairment, an emotional/behavioral disability, a specific learning disability, a traumatic brain injury, or autism spectrum disorder.
If the student does not meet these requirements but has an IEP and is a dependent child of a member of the United States Armed Forces who transfers to a school in Florida from out of state or from a foreign country pursuant to a parent’s permanent change of station orders, the child may be eligible for a McKay Scholarship.
Parents may find more information regarding the FES-UA Scholarship program by calling the Office of Independent Education and Parental Choice on 1-800-447-1636 or by visiting their website at www.stepupforstudents.org. To apply for a FES-UA Scholarship to a private school, the parent must apply online at this website. The parent must apply for the FES-UA Scholarship prior to withdrawing the student from the public school.
